Werbel Microwave takes pride in designing and manufacturing products with the latest technology of network analyzers, pick and place, solder reflow, and laser engravers, allowing for greater efficiency and streamlined in-house processes to control quality and shorten lead times. Precise Manufacturing

The use of both hand-assembly and automated operations ensure reliable repeatability of all Werbel products. The Atlas Computerized Torque Driver is just once piece of the precise manufacturing process.

Werbel Microwave also uses a Pick and Place Machine, which consistently places SMD resistors for mass production of Wilkinson splitters and other devices. The LPKF Protolaser laser-cuts PCB traces for far more accurate results than chemical etching. Additionally, the perfectly straight lines enhance RF performance. This is crucial with coupler and filter networks as we push higher in frequency.

Testing Procedures

All Werbel products are 100% tested in house using Vector Network Analyzers and inspected with upmost care with the latest verification equipment, digital microscope and optical inspections.
