The HWFM15-SF4X13 is a high performance full band active multiplier at an excellent value. This multiplier operates using a single positive voltage from 7-12VDC. Internal reverse bias protection ensures reliabilty.
The HWFM15-SF4X13 is a Full Band WR-15 Active Multiplier. This Multiplier can be used as a V-Band Frequency Extender. It operates in frequency from 50 to 75 GHz with an Output Power of +13 dBm min. Multipliers are useful in test labs or in a system. The Output Power is adequate to drive Balance Mixers in Up-Converters and Down-Converters for Transmitters and Receivers.
